I have been painting since I was at school more years ago than I care to think about having been inspired by my art teacher Jack Maltman. After leaving school I moved to London where other interests pushed painting to the back burner until around ten years ago when my interest was reignited. Since moving to Kirkcudbright in 1999 I have had five exhibitions, sometimes shared with friends, but mainly solo of watercolours and acrylics. I have also exhibited regularly at The Harbour Cottage Gallery in Kirkcudbright in the Gallery's own exhibitions and currently have permanent exhibitions at The Masonic Arms in Gatehouse of Fleet and The Hollybush Inn near Ayr, both excellent places for a good meal.  My work can also be found at a few local Craft Fairs and The Stewartry Show.
